Required Qualifications: High school diploma Nursing Technician certificate with active registration at COREN Proven experience as a Nursing Technician, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting Effective communication skills, teamwork ability, and empathy when caring for patients Knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and first aid Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications:\- Experience in intensive care or emergency units\- Training in basic and advanced life support\- Computer literacy, including electronic health record systems Additional Information:\- Employment type: Shift-based\- Working hours: 7:00 PM \- 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods\) \- Compensation: R$3\.044,64 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
