Job Summary: The professional will provide active and responsive customer service, prospect clients, present fiber-optic internet plans, negotiate and close sales, and follow up with customers, with a focus on meeting targets. Maintaining customer relationships to identify new opportunities **Requirements:** * Demonstrate persuasion skills, resilience, and active listening (the ability to listen attentively) * Ability to navigate adverse situations * Strong verbal communication skills * Prior experience in sales is a plus ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide active and responsive customer service via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and digital platforms; * Prospect new customers from **leads generated by campaigns, social media, and referrals**; * Present fiber-optic internet plans and services, clarify doubts, and highlight benefits; * Conduct negotiations, close sales, and follow up with customers until service activation; * Enter and update information in the system to ensure proper tracking of customer interactions and sales; * Meet individual and team sales targets; * Maintain customer relationships to pursue new sales opportunities and plan upgrades. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour break) * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$1\.621,00 * Commission * Attendance bonus: R$150,00 \- subject to performance metrics * Meal allowance averaging R$800,00/month (R$31,49/day) * Food basket averaging R$150,00/month (R$5,82/day) * Transportation allowance/cost assistance Employment Type: Full-time Pay: Starting from R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
