Maintain organization and safety in the workplace ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, rooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias, staircases, elevators, and glass surfaces. * Collect general and recyclable waste, properly sorting and containing residues according to local regulations. * Restock hygiene supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, alcohol) in designated areas. * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly, adhering to procedures and safety guidelines. * Maintain orderly workspaces and ensure proper use of work materials. * Report abnormalities, supply shortages, or maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor. * Provide operational support when required, such as light furniture handling, opening facilities, or assisting other departments. * Strictly comply with the company’s and client’s hygiene, safety, and professional conduct protocols. * Maintain a respectful, courteous, and collaborative attitude toward colleagues and facility users. * Perform related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor, based on individual competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Organization and responsibility * Attention to detail * Regular attendance and punctuality * Agility and physical stamina * Respect for rules and hierarchy * Ability to work effectively in a team * Discretion and good interpersonal relationships ### **JOB BENEFITS** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental plan. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
