During the program, apprentices gain experience in the corporate environment of Arena 360, learning about work routines, meeting deadlines, and organizing tasks, always under the guidance of experienced professionals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Actively participate in the company’s daily operations, performing operational tasks under supervision. * Assist in various company departments—such as administration, finance, sales, human resources, among others—as required and directed by the program. * Contribute ideas and efforts toward the success of specific projects, learning teamwork and how to address diverse challenges. * Carry out assigned tasks punctually and responsibly, demonstrating commitment to learning and work. * Actively participate in theoretical training programs offered by the apprenticeship program, absorbing knowledge on topics relevant to professional development. * Develop interpersonal skills, such as effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. * Follow company procedures and policies, maintaining standards of quality, professional ethics, and workplace safety. * Maintain the workplace environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety of the space. * Seek learning and personal and professional growth opportunities, fully leveraging the Young Apprentice experience. * Demonstrate interest and willingness for continuous development, whether through additional courses, reading, or participation in events related to the field of activity. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Document organization. * Calendar and schedule management. * Customer and supplier service. * Basic Office suite. * Material control. * Administrative information recording and tracking. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Proactivity. * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Clear and objective communication. * Interpersonal relationships. * Responsibility. * Commitment. * Adaptability and resilience. * Teamwork. * Agility. * Discipline. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in high school or recently graduated, in accordance with the Young Apprentice program requirements. * Age between 18 and 24 years, as stipulated by the program regulations. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance (Caju card): R$ 45.00/day. * Birthday Caju: R$ 200.00\. * Transportation voucher (VT): To be defined.
