Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and organized Warehouse Clerk to manage the warehouse, control materials and equipment, and ensure safety and quality of procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts inspections and guides employees on equipment usage We seek a communicative individual with negotiation skills and strong planning and organizational abilities to join our Warehouse Clerk team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the maintenance of the Central Warehouse and stored materials, equipment, and tools; * Control, dispatch, and archive documentation related to equipment transfers between construction sites; * Control the entry, exit, and storage of materials, equipment, and tools in the central warehouse through inventory management; * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines, as well as Quality Management System procedures; * Conduct periodic inspections of portable production equipment at construction sites; * Guide employees on proper equipment usage; * Perform quarterly inventory and equipment/asset control audits at construction sites. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Previous experience as a warehouse clerk in civil construction companies. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: Goiânia \- GO Terral Incorporadora, operating for over 20 years, is one of the largest real estate developers in the Central-West region of Brazil.
