Maintenance Supervisor Job Description: The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the integrity of industrial facilities and metal structures of our clients, and supporting the purchasing department and documenting the team's PPE. Key Responsibilities: Supervise teams on-site, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules. Inspect and ensure the quality of assembly and repairs on metal structures. Guide the team on occupational safety standards and proper use of PPE. Support the purchasing department. Prepare monitoring and material control reports. Required Qualifications Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (with focus on industry and metal structures). Driver’s License: Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B (category A is optional). Safety: Solid knowledge of Occupational Safety Regulations (NRs).
