Guarantee food quality and safety, thereby supporting our consumer-obsessed value proposition. Consequently, deliver the maintenance plan and related KPIs for your area/area of responsibility. Actively participate in KHMS implementation and serve as Maintenance Leader for the factory’s Trio of areas within the organizational structure. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical training for teams, ensuring a defect management system and execution of the maintenance plan, with the objective of maximizing equipment efficiency and reducing process costs. * Allocate routine time on-site at the factory to collect information on failures, defects, and completion of service orders within the past 24 hours; utilize management systems to continuously improve routes and action plans, and enhance content and standardization of the bill of materials. Continuously improve work instructions, task lists, checklists, maintenance planning, scheduling and kits, strategies, and parts ordering as needed to support maintenance activities. * Manage personnel and engagement, ensuring control over team working hours (absenteeism, labor irregularities, hour banks, and vacations), and retention and development of our employees. * Attend daily Level 2 meetings, weekly departmental meetings, monthly meetings, and annual planning sessions applicable to this role. * Train and supervise the team in executing production systems, being present on-site with the team to gather information on line stoppages, machine breakdowns, and changes to the production plan. * Other related duties. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of management and continuous improvement tools; * Experience in leadership and team management.
