We value individuals with strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a growth mindset. **Responsibilities:** Install, configure, and maintain network and telecommunications equipment; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber-optic internet networks; Configure and provide support for internal networks (wired and Wi\-Fi); Provide on-site technical support to customers; Conduct tests and identify network faults; Assist in monitoring systems, servers, and internet links; Open, track, and close technical service tickets; Support the telecommunications technical team in system and equipment integration; Manage and organize IT equipment inventory; Execute backup routines and support information security initiatives; Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing technical education in IT, Networking, or related fields. Knowledge of computer networking, structured cabling, and telecommunications equipment. Computer networking (TCP/IP, IP, DHCP, DNS) and technical support. Prior experience as an IT technician or technical support professional (preferred). Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude. Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility. Availability for external technical support assignments. National Driver's License (CNH) mandatory.
