Managing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), fire brigade, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGI) **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional with solid experience in **Occupational Safety**, responsible for identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors, supporting operational management in complying with internal procedures, and monitoring high-risk activities through inspections, risk analyses, and safe work permits. The professional will conduct safety trainings, safety talks, and safety campaigns; manage the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), fire brigade, and fire protection systems (AVCB); monitor safety performance indicators; investigate incidents and accidents; manage third-party contractors; comply with SGI requirements; develop and control documentation; conduct risk inventories; and manage technical reports and the Risk Assessment Plan (PGR), always ensuring legal compliance and reinforcing a prevention-oriented culture within the unit. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Conduct inspections to identify and address unsafe conditions in collaboration with operational management, evaluating both safety and behavioral conditions; * Deliver trainings related to activity-specific hazards and applicable preventive measures, as well as operational procedures, storage and maintenance of PPE, self-propelled equipment, CIPA, and other topics relevant to Occupational Safety; * Participate in Safety Talks with operational management; * Monitor high-risk activities—supporting maintenance teams—in compliance with internal procedures, risk analysis development, and issuance of safe work permits; * Manage the Internal Commission for Accident and Harassment Prevention (CIPA); * Organize and lead the fire brigade, including monthly meetings; * Manage fire protection systems in accordance with AVCB requirements and coordinate the Emergency Response Team; * Develop and implement safety campaigns; * Monitor and report occupational safety performance indicators; * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents jointly with responsible managers and manage the action plan; * Comply with SGI requirements; * Implement and manage occupational safety programs within the unit; * Manage third-party contractors assigned to the unit; * Develop and control area-specific documentation; * Adhere to and enforce existing corporate standards, procedures, and policies; * Conduct risk inventories for all activities and propose improvements; * Manage technical reports and the Risk Assessment Plan (PGR).
