**Responsibilities and duties**
* Make collection contacts with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email;
* Negotiate payment terms and conditions, always aiming to maintain good relationships;
* Issue and forward payment slips, as well as guide customers on payment methods;
* Monitor delinquency reports and support collection targets;
* Maintain excellence in customer service, prioritizing a positive customer experience.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* High school diploma;
* Previous experience in collections, customer service, or administrative tasks;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Basic computer knowledge (Office Suite, especially Excel);
* Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Negotiation skills and resilience in handling pressure situations;

### **About the Opportunity**
We are supporting one of our technology partners in the search for a **Prospecting Analyst**.

### **Main Responsibilities**
* Perform active client prospecting via leads, phone calls, and WhatsApp;
* Qualify leads by identifying needs and generating interest in the product;
* Conduct initial product presentations in a consultive manner;

* Assist the sales team during the closing process.
### **Required Qualifications**
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in related roles, such as:
