Preparation and follow-up of submissions to public agencies An accounting firm in Goiânia is seeking a Paralegal Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for organizing and controlling legal and accounting documents (e.g., corporate bylaws, powers of attorney, certificates, etc.), supporting company registration, amendment, dissolution, and registry updates; preparing and following up on submissions to public agencies and commercial boards; assisting in routine tasks such as issuing certificates and supporting compliance with legal and tax deadlines; and performing other duties within the area. Previous experience as a Paralegal Assistant, Legal Assistant, Law Office Assistant, or Law Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
