





The professional will be responsible for issuing invoices and payment slips, ensuring that all financial documents are accurately recorded and organized in the system. This includes verifying amounts, maintaining due-date tracking, and making timely payments. Additionally, the employee must monitor payment status and manage outstanding items as needed to ensure the department’s financial health. Supporting departmental and class budget control is one of the key responsibilities, including tracking expenses and analyzing variances between planned and actual execution. The professional must assist in preparing budget reports, identify budget deviations, and propose solutions for adjustments or resource optimization. In managing sponsorship and barter contracts, the professional will be responsible for negotiating, formalizing, and ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, monitoring deadlines and deliverables. This also entails maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring all counter-obligations and benefits are duly fulfilled. Moreover, the employee will be responsible for conducting quotation processes for services and products, analyzing supplier proposals, comparing prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to ensure efficient and advantageous acquisitions for the department. Negotiating and quoting offline media is also part of this role. This includes planning and executing advertising campaigns across traditional media such as radio, TV, newspapers, and magazines, negotiating rates and terms with media vendors to maximize campaign impact and efficiency within the established budget. Finally, the professional will play an essential supporting role for the Events and Social Media teams, actively and strategically collaborating with these areas. They will support the planning, organization, and execution of activities and campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on schedule. Within the Events team, the professional will assist with event logistics, event webpage development, and interaction with vendors. Within the Social Media team, they will support content recording, social media monitoring, and metrics analysis to optimize digital campaigns. Their ability to operate multifunctionally will be essential for integrating these areas and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration will be critical to ensuring marketing efforts remain aligned and are executed cohesively and effectively. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (from the penultimate year) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing. * **Financial Experience:** Solid experience in **Accounts Payable** routines (issuing invoices and payment slips). * **Budget Control:** Knowledge and hands-on experience in **Actual vs. Planned Analysis** and expense tracking. * **Technical Skills:** **Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets**, and familiarity with ERP/financial systems. * **Negotiation:** Proven experience in **supplier quotation**, contract negotiation (sponsorship/barter), and offline media negotiation. * **Behavioral Competencies:** High level of **organization**, **attention to detail**, and **analytical capability**, enabling multifunctional performance (Finance, Events, Social Media).
