In our team, you will find skilled professionals committed to the company’s business, along with extensive hospital infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and organize operational tasks across \+Pet units * Update and maintain clinical information and health insurance plan data in operational systems * Ensure standardization and consistency of information, following defined rules * Perform entry, updates, and organization of information such as tests, procedures, services, and pharmacy items * Support the organization of information related to contracts, coverage, and basic billing rules * Identify and correct inconsistencies and duplications * Handle more complex tasks with minimal supervision * Support the integration of new units, ensuring organized and aligned information * Assist departments such as billing and operations in resolving information-related issues * Support the team’s daily operational routines * Contribute to the quality and reliability of information underpinning patient care and billing **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Veterinary Medicine. \+Pet is a comprehensive health platform for your pet.
