**YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop, implement, and disseminate the Production strategic plan.
* Coordinate departments according to function:
* Semi-solid Laboratory and Shipping; Verification, Solid Dosage Forms Laboratory, SNGPC, and Documentation. Supervise production programs, engineering criteria, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services;
* Develop control systems and conduct financial planning and cost analyses;
* Perform quality control procedures to resolve production issues or minimize costs;
* Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality and productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation;
* Ensure quality and standardization of processes with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of productive capacity;
* Incorporate quality concepts and techniques into the production process, covering both technological and organizational aspects;
* Analyze flowcharts, time production stages, assess working conditions, labor distribution, packaging usage, and other factors that may impact the production process;
* Ensure achievement of production targets;
* Monitor and promote actions to control, minimize, and prevent recurrence of errors and losses in production processes;
* Coordinate and guide leadership teams toward results, people, processes, and internal workflow;
* Prepare the annual vacation and training schedule for teams;
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy — Active CRF registration;
* Specialization in Compounding, People Management, or related fields;
* Experience managing teams;
* Experience with BPMF (Good Manufacturing Practices for Medicines);
* Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industries (preferred);
* Proficiency/knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge/practical experience with RDC 67/2007 and RDC 344/1998
Salary: Pharmacist minimum wage + bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
