Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's vehicle fleet. * Plan and control maintenance schedules, ensuring fleet availability and reliability. * Monitor maintenance indicators (downtime, costs, availability). * Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations. * Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. * Support internal and external audits related to the fleet. * Prepare management reports and propose improvements to maintenance processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in light or heavy vehicle maintenance. * Knowledge of team management and maintenance processes. * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. Desirable Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in Maintenance Management or Logistics. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or corporate fleet companies. * Proactivity and ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
