




Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service and resolving issues related to cargo and suppliers, conducting negotiations and analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Resolving cargo-related issues and similar matters **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Experience in customer service and/or call center (SAC); * Strong communication and problem-solving skills; * Prior experience in the transportation sector is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct direct negotiations with suppliers and delivery units; * Resolve cargo-related issues and similar matters; * Analyze negotiations conducted via e\-mail; * Receive visitors at the facility; * Perform other duties relevant to the position. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary; * Benefits: Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher (R$300.00\); Food Allowance (R$21.20/day worked); Dental Plan; Pharmacy Benefit Program; Health Insurance (with co-payment); Life Insurance; Partnership with SEST/SENAT. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:12 to 18:00.
