Apply sophisticated statistical techniques to interpret data, identify relevant trends, patterns, and discrepancies, enabling critical analysis of healthcare delivery behavior. Conduct in-depth analyses of healthcare costs, proposing improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and contribute to reduced claim frequency. Evaluate frequency and costs across various areas (hospitalizations, consultations, therapies, SADT, outpatient and emergency care, among others), formulating strategically impactful recommendations. Structure comprehensive analyses of the member portfolio, segmented by gender, age group, membership status, contract type, plan, enrollment modality, revenues, expenses, and claim frequency—providing high-level decision-making support. Develop, monitor, and review the healthcare budgetary planning, highlighting discrepancies and proposing corrective measures aligned with strategic objectives. Analyze healthcare cost and performance indicators for both Direct and Indirect Networks, identifying cost and quality behaviors and suggesting improvements to processes and contracts. Perform financial impact projections and expense analyses based on clinical and operational indicators, identifying high-return improvement opportunities. Transform data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement in healthcare service delivery.
