Administrative support for the procurement department Responsible for monitoring purchase orders with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed delivery schedules and material availability according to production planning. Works in constant communication with the PCP department to align requirements, adjust priorities, and contribute to smooth production processes. Supports administrative activities within the procurement area and updates records and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily follow\-up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries according to the production schedule; * Collaborate with the PCP team to guarantee material supply aligned with production requirements; * Monitor the status of open orders and flag delivery schedule deviations; * Support resolution of issues related to deliveries, material quality, or documentation; * Update spreadsheets and systems with order and delivery status information; * Provide administrative support for the procurement department; * Participate in meetings with PCP to align priorities and plan replenishments. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement or follow\-up is an advantage; * Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and organizational ability; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
