Job Summary: Professional responsible for poultry unloading, hanging, and cleaning operations, as well as equipment cleaning, ensuring workplace organization and process optimization. Commitment to legislation and company standards **Responsibilities and Duties** * Unload cages to enable poultry hanging. * Hang chickens to enable subsequent processing steps. * Replace cage lids to prevent damage during loading. * Stack cleaned cages to direct them to the truck. Clean the area by removing residues to maintain an organized work environment. * Wash the truck to remove vehicle residues. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, applicable legislation, company policies, and regulations. * Identify and propose new initiatives, consistently applying critical thinking to processes in order to optimize activity and process execution within the assigned area. * Safeguard company assets and resources. Perform related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Minimum 3 months of employment with a performance history meeting internal policy criteria.
