With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation sector and today expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through our six group companies — positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead teams of employees performing transshipment, loading, unloading, and cargo pickup/delivery activities, evaluating their performance during and after the probationary period; * Receive Occurrence Reports (OR), taking appropriate actions according to the type of infraction; * Track lost cargo and CTRCs on the platform before or after OR issuance; * Review previous day’s cargo movements and plan daily work by guiding teams, communicating occurrences, and taking necessary actions per company-established norms and procedures; * Verify vehicle schedules and positions, sizing teams for loading and/or unloading to minimize time and maximize operational quality; * Monitor vehicle loading and departure times, requesting additional trucks if needed; * Support control of overtime and/or banked hours, leaves, and vacations for the team under your responsibility, in coordination with Management; * Facilitate tactical integration between company operations and Management; * Inspect and ensure workplace safety on the platform; * Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability for shift work.
