




Job Summary: A generalist HR professional to serve as a focal point, business partner, and team developer, ensuring HR processes and policies remain aligned. Key Highlights: 1. Management and development of the local HR team and recruitment & selection (R&S) processes. **Description:** * Serve as the HR focal point for the unit, acting as representative, influencer, and facilitator of key HR processes and policies across client areas—covering organizational climate, culture, values, diversity, career development, performance management, compensation matters, labor legislation, labor relations, etc.; * Support leadership in the professional development of teams, acting as a key business partner through specific methodologies, aiming at strategies to optimize outcomes and opportunities for implementing career and succession plans; * Manage and develop the local HR team regarding initiatives, requirements, procedures, deadlines, concepts, and systems under the area’s management; * Identify training needs and plan/execute actions aimed at developing employees—both behavioral and technical competencies—and monitor the effectiveness of planning and actions; * Lead recruitment and selection processes for internal and external candidates, conducting interviews, assessments, group dynamics, and other tools, ensuring alignment with Veronese’s values and pillars; * Ensure compliance with legal, administrative, and formal requirements related to employee employment contracts; additionally, provide appropriate explanations and address employee inquiries; * Manage contracts under HR’s responsibility—for example, contracts with transportation, cleaning, and meal service providers—ensuring service quality. * Provide support to employees on various topics (mental health, social issues, etc.), act as an active listener, and design actions for rapid resolution—internally or with external support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology; * Generalist knowledge in Human Resources; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience managing high-complexity and high-volume recruitment & selection (R\&S) processes. \*Open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD).
