Job Summary: Lead and coordinate a team in developing and improving packaging solutions, managing innovation and optimization projects, and ensuring documentation and KPIs are up to date. Project management and continuous optimization Description: * Degree in Food Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields; * Experience in team coordination and development; * Experience in Packaging R\&D; * Postgraduate degree or specialization; * Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and collaborative mindset; * Creative capability to propose innovations in packaging and processes. Lead the team in creating and improving packaging solutions—from feasibility assessment and implementation of new packaging systems—considering raw material requirements, costs, processes, automation, quality control, regulatory compliance, food safety, and sustainability—to executing procedures and specifying performance and control criteria for packaging. Present progress updates on ongoing projects and propose new innovation and improvement initiatives that support the company's master plan; Monitor and manage innovation and optimization projects, keeping the immediate supervisor informed. Ensure all Packaging R\&D-related documents are maintained up to date, reliable, and accessible to relevant departments; Conduct test and assisted production monitoring as required by the department, collecting and reporting all necessary information; Support the Procurement Department in optimizing our supplier portfolio and packaging materials, including qualification of new suppliers. Provide technical support to Quality and Industrial teams; Manage and update KPIs for the department, team, and projects. 2512180202551148121
