**Responsibilities and Duties** **On Our Team,** you will be responsible for controlling tools and machinery used on site, organizing the warehouse, receiving goods, recording material requisitions in the ERP system, physically delivering goods to requesters, conducting periodic inventories, sorting materials, identifying materials, preparing photographic reports of the warehouse, notifying the site administration and construction engineering departments about tools requiring maintenance/replacement, and tracking rented tools and equipment available on site.
**Your key deliverables:**
* Control tools and machinery used on site by recording quantities in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) daily to prevent discrepancies.
* Organize the warehouse daily by separating electrical goods and machinery, labeling them, and storing them on shelves and pallets to ensure control and easy access.
* Receive goods daily by cross-checking invoice information against the purchase order to ensure purchased items are correct.
* Record received material requisitions in the ERP and PSI systems daily by entering requisition data to ensure inventory balance accuracy.
* Physically deliver goods to requesters daily and record deliveries in the ERP system (RM) to meet demand.
* Conduct periodic inventories as needed by preparing stock, applying verification codes, and counting items to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Sort materials by quantity and model as specified in the requisition whenever necessary to meet demand.
* Identify materials by verifying that the purchase order and invoice match the ERP (RM) system code and labeling them accordingly, to enable easy material access, inventory management, and organization, whenever necessary.
* Prepare a photographic report of the warehouse weekly to forward it to the responsible departments for proper control.
* Notify the site administration and construction engineering departments via e\-mail whenever necessary about tools requiring maintenance/replacement to arrange repairs.
* Track rented tools and equipment available on site using control spreadsheets (Google Sheets) whenever necessary to report return requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:**
* Completed High School education.
* Solid experience in all warehouse-related responsibilities.
* Logistics systems and Google Sheets.

Allowance: BRL 600.00 (paid in two installments of BRL 300.00 every 15 days)
