Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting classification; preparation of financial statements and management reports; as well as financial control and audit support. Key Highlights: 1. Handling journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting classification. 2. Preparation of financial statements and management reports. 3. Support for internal and external audits. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting classification. Preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) * Control of accounts payable and receivable * Monitoring the financial performance of stores and distribution centers (DC) * Preparation of management reports and KPIs * Support for internal and external audits **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC). Postgraduate studies in auditing, controllership, or finance are desirable. **Solid experience in accounting and controllership.** Retail or cosmetics/beauty industry experience is desirable. Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
