We started in Goiânia; today, we are nationwide.** We are seeking an **Administrative Analyst** who is organized, analytical, and prioritizes effectively to ensure operational fluency and support the evolution of our internal processes. **Responsibilities** * Perform and monitor general administrative routines of the company; * Organize, control, and update documents and information in internal systems; * Support contract control, deadlines, and administrative requests; * Enter, verify, and validate data in systems (ERP and spreadsheets); * Support supplier management (onboarding, documentation, and tracking of requests); * Monitor internal requests, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality; * Prepare and update administrative and operational reports; * Collaborate with various departments to align requirements and processes; * Contribute to organizing, improving, and standardizing administrative processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate or advanced Excel; * Experience in administrative controls and process organization; * Familiarity with data entry and monitoring in systems (ERP or similar); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management; * Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
