Job Summary: A Health and Safety professional responsible for delivering training, consulting services, conducting diagnostics, and preparing technical opinions, with a focus on developing educational and preventive initiatives. Participation in the implementation of OHSEM Management Systems Perform activities in the field of Health and Safety, including delivering training and consulting services on Regulatory Standards, diagnosing the occupational health and safety status, identifying and classifying occupational hazards, preparing Technical Opinions, and supporting the development of educational and preventive initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop projects, provide guidance, and monitor activities to ensure compliance with OHSEM regulations; * Promote the development, review, and implementation of work instructions and management tools for health, safety, and environmental management; * Provide consulting services in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management; * Deliver training and capacity-building programs in Occupational Health and Safety and Regulatory Standards; * Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental protection during teaching\-learning activities; * Maintain administrative records and pedagogical monitoring documentation; * Develop and apply evaluation methods for the teaching\-learning process; * Participate in the implementation of an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System; * Participate in the development and monitoring of safety programs: PPRA – Program for Prevention of Environmental Hazards, PE – Emergency Plan, PPCI – Fire Prevention Program, etc.; * Evaluate health, safety, and environmental indicators, disseminate results, and propose corrective measures for deviations; * Conduct investigations into occupational accidents, work-related or non-work-related illnesses, and environmental incidents; * Plan and conduct audits and inspections of workplaces; * Develop and monitor the status of action plans for items identified during behavioral inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for occupational health and safety and environmental management; * Monitor validity and maintenance services—including recharging—of fire-fighting equipment (e.g., extinguishers); * Promote health, safety, and environmental awareness campaigns for operational employees and leadership; * Deliver training to foster dissemination of OHSEM culture among company employees and leadership; * Respond to incidents by monitoring and controlling the progress of Action Plans addressing non-conformities in health, safety, and environmental management; * Promote and publicize Best Practices and Operational Improvements in health, safety, and environmental management; * Develop and monitor implementation of the Waste Management Plan and Effluent Treatment Plan generated by the company; * Assess environmental conditions to support preliminary studies, risk analyses, and activity release assessments for critical tasks; * Interpret legal, technical, and institutional requirements; * Perform data collection, selection, and processing activities; * Manage general processes and documents; * Draft texts and documents related to the scope of responsibilities; * Perform other related or functionally compatible duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements** **(All requirements must be clearly stated in the resume)** * Completed High School education with a Technical Course in **Occupational Health and Safety**; * Professional registration with the **Ministry of Labor and Employment**; * Driver's license category “B”; * Availability to travel and work on weekends; * Position based in **Goiânia \- GO**. **Specific Knowledge** * Administrative routines; * Customer service techniques; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). **[Desirable] Knowledge and/or Experience** * Experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician. **Additional Information** **Selection Process Identification Number:** * **10839722/2026 SESI Central de SST** **Selection Process Stages:** * Stage – Resume Analysis * Stage – Evaluation with Manager * **GERHC reserves the right to include or omit selection stages at its discretion.** **Employment Details:** * **Work Location:** **SESI Central de SST \- Av.
