




**Responsibilities and duties** Lead multidisciplinary team; Plan and execute projects and programs focused on learners' well-being, social and emotional development; Supervise psychosocial interventions, ensuring service quality; Conduct training and capacity building; Monitor indicators and outcomes to promote continuous improvements; Prepare monthly reports on follow-ups conducted. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology (with active registration). Professional experience in social assistance policy; Experience in team leadership and management; Ability to work with adolescents and young people; Knowledge of apprenticeship law is a plus.
