**PROJECT SPECIALIST** ============================ TOTVS | Goiânia - GO | Hybrid Job Description Role Mission – Lead complex and strategic projects, ensuring delivery of solutions with quality, profitability, and alignment with customer needs. Serve as the focal point between internal and external teams, promoting clear and effective communication. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead advanced projects under your responsibility, both with and without customizations, and with or without supervision; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on MIT guidelines; * Act as the primary contact for customers and internal departments, conveying data and information via emails, calls/meetings, meeting minutes, and project control system records, among others; * Identify risks associated with projects under your responsibility and record them in the system; * Document lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; * Develop and manage schedules for complex projects; * Plan and allocate resources involved in projects operating within a projectized structure; * Manage project costs under your responsibility; * Understand and manage projects based on the triple constraint (scope, schedule, and cost); * Report project data to management using performance indicators; * Ensure timely billing for service projects, in accordance with the commercial proposal signed by the customer; * Guarantee financial profitability of service projects under your responsibility; * Ensure consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under your responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Microsoft Office Suite – Excel (advanced level); * Theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies; * Solid, hands-on experience in project management. Desired Qualifications * Familiarity with agile project management frameworks; * Knowledge of Winthor ERP; * Experience in the retail sector; * PMP certification; * Experience using ClickUp.
