Only education transforms! **As an Elementary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:** * Studying the institution’s curriculum frameworks, content outlines, and pedagogical materials; * Developing lesson plans and assessment tools aligned with the prescribed teaching materials; * Delivering theoretical and practical lessons to Early Childhood Education and Elementary School (Initial Years) classes; * Administering individual and group tests and assignments, as well as grading them appropriately; * Maintaining pedagogical records; \- Conducting the PLA (Weekly Planning — collective and individual) together with the respective Educational Pedagogical Advisor; * Designing alternative strategies to address students’ learning needs according to identified difficulties. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:20 PM to 6:40 PM. **Essential qualifications:** A completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; Knowledge of teaching methodologies for Basic Education; Experience working with Early Childhood Education and/or Elementary School (Initial Years) students. **And here’s what makes our benefits especially appealing:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* **All stages of the selection process take place on our platform.
