Desirable Knowledge: * Curriculum organization; * Teaching methodology and didactics; * Education legislation; * Proficiency in taxonomies of educational objectives; * Customer service techniques; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Support the planning and implementation of educational initiatives; * Assist in developing teaching plans; * Guide teachers regarding teaching plans, didactics, teaching methodologies, and techniques; * Participate in organizing and conducting pedagogical meetings with school teachers; * Attend meetings with students’ parents and family members; * Motivate students and foster their interest in industrial topics, demonstrating and highlighting the sector’s importance to the economy, the state, employment, and society at large; * Support and participate in developing teacher training plans; * Guide teachers in designing and using instructional and teaching materials; * Participate in planning and scheduling activities for the beginning and end of academic terms; * Participate in developing the academic calendar, including class organization, timetabling, and student assignment; * Participate in monitoring and evaluating student performance outcomes; * Support teacher recruitment processes, including developing assessment tools and/or serving on evaluation panels; * Participate in innovation-oriented initiatives, supporting the implementation of educational technology programs; * Develop projects and propose measures aimed at improving pedagogical processes; * Guide schools in organizing individual and collective activities; * Carry out routine operational and administrative tasks, providing support and assistance to activities within the analyst’s area of responsibility; * Serve internal and external stakeholders, receiving requests or providing information; * Represent the institution at events related to the analyst’s field of expertise; * Collaborate with agencies and entities promoting didactic-pedagogical initiatives; * Produce reports and other analytical documents as requested by the Unit and Regional Management; * Perform other duties compatible with and related to the position. 251217020255408810
