Consume REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE), including authentication methods (API Key, Basic Auth, OAuth2). Perform integrations between internal and external systems. Collaborate with business areas to understand needs, gather requirements, and define technical scopes for automations. Model processes using BPMN, translating business workflows into automated solutions. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for automations and integrations. Monitor executions, handle errors, generate logs, and implement retry and contingency mechanisms. Propose continuous process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual errors, and improve scalability.
