Job Summary: Responsible for mapping, documenting, reviewing, and optimizing organizational processes; conducting audits; assessing risks; and monitoring non-conformities. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening the culture of processes and controls Map, document, and review organizational processes (flowcharts, work instructions, manuals, and procedures). * Identify improvement opportunities, propose optimizations, and monitor the implementation of changes. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and internal controls. * Assess operational risks and recommend preventive actions. * Analyze KPIs and prepare management reports. * Monitor action plans, ensuring deadlines and effectiveness of corrective measures. * Support departments in standardizing activities and routines. * Monitor non-conformities and guide teams on best execution practices. * Contribute to strengthening the culture of processes and controls within the organization. Desirable: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in processes, internal audit, or quality. * Knowledge of process mapping tools (BPMN, flowcharts). * Proficiency in KPIs, data analysis, and internal controls. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and systemic vision. * Preferred: Experience in retail, store auditing, or continuous improvement implementation.
