We seek an organized, analytical professional with leadership potential, decision-making ability, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor construction and project schedules; * Define execution phases and track activity progress; * Plan material procurement according to project demand; * Define allocation and contracting of CLT and PJ suppliers; * Ensure required documentation, permits, and authorizations; * Monitor productivity, deadlines, and delivery quality; * Collaborate integrally with internal teams and suppliers; * Support planning process control and optimization. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in construction planning; * Experience with steel structures is a plus; * Leadership and organizational skills; * Proactive profile with results orientation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in planning software such as MS Project, Sienge, or similar tools.
