




Job Summary: Nutriex is seeking a Creative Partner to serve as the strategic focal point between the brand, digital marketing, and the influencer, ensuring creative, strategic, and operational coherence. Personal brand management or influencer brand management Nutriex seeks a **Creative Partner** to act as the strategic focal point between the brand, the digital marketing team, and the company’s partner influencer. This person will be responsible for ensuring creative, strategic, and operational alignment across digital channels, product development projects, and the influencer’s interests—guaranteeing consistency with the brand’s business objectives. More than project management, we seek someone with creative vision, strong brand sensibility, and the ability to articulate across diverse areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Digital Strategy & Content: Coordinate digital channel strategies jointly with the social media team. * Ensure alignment between brand positioning and the influencer’s narrative. * Participate in developing editorial calendars, campaigns, and digital activations. * Monitor performance and propose strategic adjustments. * Serve as the primary interface between Nutriex and the influencer. * Align timelines, deliverables, campaigns, and priorities. * Ensure the influencer’s requirements are integrated into the brand’s planning. * Mediate commercial, institutional, and creative interests. * Product Development. * Track co-created product development and launch timelines. * Connect internal departments (R&D, regulatory, marketing, sales) with the influencer’s expectations. * Ensure consistency among creative concept, brand positioning, and final execution. * Project Management: Organize workflows, deadlines, and strategic checkpoints. * Ensure adherence to deadlines. * Anticipate risks and propose solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in digital marketing and personal brand or influencer brand management. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the beauty or cosmetics market. * Experience in co-creation product projects. * Experience launching proprietary brands or collaborations. * **Must reside in São Paulo/SP or Goiânia/GO.** **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * TotalPass; * Birthday Day Off.
