Our client, a traditional company in the irrigation sector, is seeking a professional to serve as the general administrative reference, ensuring organization, process efficiency, and direct support to management. Responsibilities: * Monitor working hours and support payroll closing; * Organize and monitor administrative processes, deadlines, and pending tasks; * Input and update data in the Nomus system; * Monitor vehicle controls and operational routines; * Provide direct support to management by consolidating information and priorities; * Delegate, monitor, and follow up on tasks assigned to other team members; * Assist in organizing agricultural fairs and events. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines and management; * Intermediate proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with systems; * Organized, detail-oriented, rational, and emotionally stable profile; * Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.
