Focus on standardization, quality, cost, and deadlines We are looking for a professional to lead production, with a focus on organization, results, and team management on the factory floor. ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate, schedule, and monitor production processes * Lead operators on the factory floor * Analyze and reorganize manufacturing plans * Define and track control indicators (KPIs) * Ensure standardization, quality, cost, and adherence to deadlines ***Candidate Profile:*** * Organized and responsible * Strong people management skills * Effective time management with attention to quality * Firm and balanced demeanor in day-to-day operations * Experience working on the factory floor * Focus on results and productivity ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school education * Experience leading assembly teams * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Technical or vocational training is a plus ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Experience in Christmas lighting and decoration Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
