Now **we're just missing you** at the starting grid. **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Hostess** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be the main link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Reception and Welcome** * Greet customers with friendliness and energy, providing a light and welcoming arrival. * Manage the waiting list efficiently and attentively. * Guide customers to their tables, ensuring order and smooth flow in the dining area. * Provide initial information about the menu and restaurant operations. **Flow Management** * Monitor table occupancy and communicate status to leadership. * Work in sync with servers and waiters to ensure proper service pace. * Observe customer needs during the first minutes of their experience. **Operational Support** * Support promotional campaigns, activations, and special events with professionalism and clarity. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and up to FIT standards. * Report any inconsistencies in workflow or customer experience to leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** We are looking for a professional who identifies with our purpose and has the following qualifications: * **Core Values: Discipline** that strengthens us, **Security** in every action, **Gratitude** that connects us, **Vibration** that inspires. * **Technical Skills: Clear communication**, **friendliness**, and **proactivity** when interacting with customers. * **Behavioral Skills: Organization**, ease in public interaction, and **focus on operational fluidity**. * **Knowledge:** Completed **High School**, interest in customer service, **hospitality**, and **customer delight**; conversational skills in other **languages** will be an advantage. * **Desirable Experience:** Previous experience in **restaurant reception** or customer service is a plus. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Grupo FIT stores at Goiânia Airport **Salary:** BRL 2,319.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + meal on site + tips **Schedule:** 6x1 (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday off per month). **Available Shifts:** * **Afternoon**: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM For over 25 years, **Grupo FIT** has been connecting people through gastronomy and excellent service.
