Main responsibilities: * Fully manage operations, being accountable for results: * Lead, develop, and engage teams; * Plan, monitor, and control work schedules, working hours, timekeeping, absenteeism, and productivity; * Ensure high standards of customer service and handle critical situations; * Manage inventory, stocktaking, goods receipt, and operational costs; * Monitor performance indicators, targets, and results; * Ensure proper functioning of operational areas, including equipment maintenance; * Manage financial routines: deposits, reconciliations, cash closing, and cash shortages; * Ensure compliance with administrative, financial, HR processes, and internal policies; * Serve as the liaison between the branch and corporate management, reporting results and needs; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, safety regulations, and internal policies. **Minimum Requirements:** * Proven experience in **people management and leadership;** * Prior experience as a **Manager or leadership role;** * Experience in **retail**, shopping mall stores, preferably in the **food, retail, or services sector;** * Knowledge of operational management, performance indicator control, and customer service; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (shopping mall hours); * Leadership profile, decision-making ability, organizational skills, strong communication, and results orientation. **Working Hours:** * Availability to oversee **store opening and closing** * Working **flexible hours**, including morning shifts * Rotating schedule of **6 days on / 1 day off**, with **Sunday off in accordance with current legislation** **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** Competitive with market standards * **Cash Shortage Allowance:** 10% of salary (where applicable) * **Meal Voucher:** Average of R$600.00 * **Dental Plan** * **Gympass**, offering discounts at gyms, pharmacies, nutritionists, psychologists, and more * **Birthday Day-Off**, per internal policy * Performance-based bonuses.
