




Job Summary: Responsible for intermediate leadership and branch management in the Manager's absence, ensuring operational continuity, process compliance, and excellence in customer service. Handling customer service and resolving customer requests **Key Responsibilities:** Act as a direct support to the Unit Manager, assuming the role of **intermediate leadership**, with responsibility for **branch management during the Manager's absence**, ensuring operational continuity, process compliance, and excellence in customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Manager in daily store operation management; * **Assume responsibility for the branch during the Manager's absence**, making operational and administrative decisions; * Lead, guide, and supervise operational teams; * Monitor work schedules, timekeeping records, absenteeism, and staffing needs; * Handle customer service and resolve customer requests; * Manage inventory control, stocktaking, and goods receipt; * Ensure proper functioning of operational areas; * Monitor deposits, financial reconciliations, and cash shortfalls; * Execute and ensure compliance with administrative, financial, and HR procedures; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and applicable legislation. **Minimum Requirements:** * Proven experience in **people leadership**; * Experience in **retail and shopping mall stores**, preferably in **food, retail, or service-oriented stores**; * Experience in operational management and customer service; * Availability to work shopping mall hours, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and results orientation. **Working Hours:** * Availability to assist with **store opening and closing**; * Rotating shifts, including morning shifts; * **6x1 schedule**, with **Sunday off in accordance with current legislation.** **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** Competitive with market standards; * **Cash Shortfall Allowance:** 10% of base salary; * **Meal Voucher:** Average of R$ 600.00; * **Transportation Voucher**; * **Dental Plan**; * **Gympass**, offering discounts at gyms, pharmacies, nutritionists, psychologists, and more; * **Birthday Day-Off**, per internal policy; * Performance-based bonuses.
