Maintain interface with corporate clients and propose operational improvements A telecommunications company is seeking a Network Supervisor in Goiânia. Radiante Tecnologia is a company specialized in information technology solutions. We provide software development and IT consulting services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate technical teams responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the corporate fiber optic network. Plan, distribute, and track service orders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual SLAs. Monitor operational indicators (MTTR, response time, recurrence rate, productivity, and quality). Ensure proper execution of splices, certifications, and OTDR testing, guaranteeing required technical standards. Conduct technical inspections and quality audits on performed activities. Control materials, equipment, tools, and technical inventory associated with the contract. Prepare technical and managerial reports for contract performance monitoring. Maintain direct interface with corporate clients for operational alignment and technical discussions. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (NR-10, NR-35, and other applicable norms). Support team technical training, development, and performance evaluation. Propose operational improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing recurring failures. Position based in Goiânia / GO. Previous experience as Network Coordinator, Network Manager, Infrastructure Leader, or Network Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
