Job Summary: Civil Engineering or Architecture internship to monitor schedules, inspect quality, assist with logistics, and propose improvements on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives Description: * Be an undergraduate student in Civil Engineering from the 4th semester onward, or in Architecture and Urban Planning from the 5th semester onward; * Have availability for a 12- to 24-month contract; * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Available for 30 hours per week (5 hours/day, Monday\-Saturday). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with field teams; * Proactive, organized profile with strong interest in learning about construction site environments. * Monitor the physical and financial schedule of the construction project, ensuring alignment with the planned timeline; * Support quality inspection of executed services and material control; * Contribute to ensuring workplace safety standards at the construction site; * Read and interpret technical drawings (architectural, structural, installations); * Prepare photographic and daily reports to document progress of work; * Assist in planning site logistics using tools such as AutoCAD; * Interact with field teams and suppliers to coordinate work fronts; * Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes. 2512040202181833772
