We are looking for an **IT Infrastructure Analyst** to join our technical team. This professional will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and evolving the information technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of corporate environments. **Responsibilities** * Administer physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux); * Manage networks (LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi\-Fi, firewalls, switches, routers); * Monitor and control infrastructure resources (CPU, memory, disk, network); * Manage Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Server, among others; * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery policies; * Support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Apply updates, patches, and security fixes; * Document configurations, procedures, and topologies; * Provide second and third level support to the IT team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Practical experience in server and network administration; * Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox); * Familiarity with network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); * Basic knowledge of information security; * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.); * Ability to work well in a team and proactively solve problems. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network\+, LPIC; * Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP); * Experience with scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python; * Knowledge of backup tools (Veeam, Acronis); * Experience working in ITIL environments.
