INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ANALYST – INFRASTRUCTURE. Develop, implement, and manage technical projects, studies, and initiatives aimed at industrial development, with a focus on sustainability, innovation, competitiveness, and the generation of strategic information. Act in an investigative and proactive manner in studies, diagnostics, scenario analyses, and actions to support Goiás’ industrial sector through applied, evidence-based solutions aligned with the challenges and trends of the productive sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the execution of the institution’s strategic plans and activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and goals. * Support the implementation of structural projects within the area, including monitoring targets, schedules, and deliverables. * Monitor trends, scenarios, and technological transformations across industrial segments and propose actions for sectoral adaptation or strengthening. * Support institutional coordination with federations, sectoral associations, labor unions, municipal governments, and state and federal governments to execute industry promotion programs and initiatives. * Provide technical support to other areas of the institution in multidisciplinary projects related to industrial development. * Collaborate closely with representatives of the productive sector, public agencies, academic institutions, and organizations within the innovation ecosystem. * Continuously pursue technical and scientific updating in one’s field of expertise, remaining aligned with best practices and innovations. * Collaborate in designing proposals for funding calls, public notices, and technical-financial partnerships focused on productive and technological development. * Contribute to building and maintaining industrial data and intelligence repositories, ensuring the timeliness and reliability of the databases used. * Contribute to proposing industrial policies based on data, evidence, and in-depth technical knowledge. * Contribute to developing strategic plans, competitiveness studies, and proposals for regional and national industrial policy. * Develop and apply technical, economic, and technological analysis methodologies in strategic industrial sectors. * Develop, implement, and manage technical and institutional projects focused on sustainable, innovative, and competitive industrial development. * Identify and propose technical solutions for industrial development bottlenecks and opportunities, considering aspects of sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation. * Organize or support the execution of events, meetings, and thematic seminars on strategic industrial issues. * Participate in building and executing industrial strategic agendas focused on regional development, sustainability, and digital transformation. * Participate in legislative and political-institutional debates, contributing technical analyses and proposals for formulating or revising legal norms impacting the industrial sector. * Participate in technical networks, thematic forums, and strategic events, representing the institution and disseminating technical knowledge. * Participate in monitoring and evaluating the impact of the Management Unit’s projects, proposing adjustments and strategies to expand results. * Provide technical and institutional support to industrial enterprises, advocating their interests before federal, state, and municipal agencies. * Produce and disseminate strategic industrial information, based on evidence and qualified data, in various formats (reports, bulletins, technical presentations). * Produce technical inputs to support institutional engagement with public authorities and political representation, grounded in data, studies, and structured proposals. * Conduct studies, diagnostics, and technical analyses to inform public policies, promotion programs, and business strategies targeting the industrial sector. * Carry out sectoral mapping and surveys among industrial companies and representative entities, supporting decision-making processes and institutional agendas. * Systematize, communicate, and disseminate project and study results to diverse internal and external audiences. * Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of produced technical information, respecting institutional standards and professional ethics. * Perform other duties compatible with the nature of the position and assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** **(All requirements must be detailed in the resume)** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or Economics;
