With the creation of the **FIEG**, the regional branches of the National Service for Industrial Training (**SENAI**) and the Industrial Social Service (**SESI**) were also quickly established in Goiás. Over these seven decades, the organization has participated in all major state-level events involving the industrial sector, decisively collaborating with public authorities to implement and consolidate Goiás’ industrial park and a competitive business environment. The **FIEG** advocates for a state environment favorable to industrial development. We seek tax reduction and simplification, reduced bureaucracy, lower risks, improved transportation conditions, and greater legal certainty for investment and production. To this end, through the work of ten thematic councils and four sectoral chambers, we coordinate with public authorities to adapt legislation and regulations—in areas such as environmental, labor, and tax law. At the foundation of all this is our commitment to strengthening industrial labor unions. There are 35 employer-led industrial unions representing one-third of Goiás’ economy and generating hundreds of thousands of jobs across the entire State of Goiás. Through the institutions **SESI**, **SENAI**, and **IEL**, the **FIEG** promotes Education, Occupational Health and Safety, Professional Qualification, Technological Solutions, and Innovation. For all these reasons, the **FIEG** leads entrepreneurship, innovation, and solidarity in the productive sector, tirelessly working for Goiás’ growth and for improved quality of life for Goians. **Also explore our job portals:** **SENAI** https://senaigo.gupy.io **SESI** https://sesigo.gupy.io **IEL** https://ielgo.gupy.io For platform-related difficulties on Gupy—including password recovery, email address changes, or other inquiries—visit the Help Center link: Gupy – Help Center | Candidates Access our Code of Ethics to learn about the guiding instrument for relationships that define conduct, values, and ethics within our Institution.
