




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware and software to internal clients, committed to maintaining high availability and performance of hardware devices and operating systems. Perform maintenance related to access control for IT resources. Install and maintain various operating systems; install and maintain management systems (ERP); configure email accounts. Perform routine backup maintenance; configure and update antivirus programs, FTP software, and others. Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction. Log and resolve issues in accordance with technical procedures. When necessary, guide and train users. Stay updated by reading operational procedures. Study the implementation and documentation of routines that improve computer operations. Create and keep technical procedures up to date. Monitor the review and updating of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements. Collaborate with other support personnel to resolve, handle, and track client requests. Uphold the company’s image and maintain confidentiality of information. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of Windows system administration; Basic understanding of computer networks; Basic understanding of Linux; Basic understanding of Information Security; Basic English reading skills.
