Job Summary: Coordinate and implement the Integrity Program and risk management activities, ensuring compliance and promoting an ethical culture within the company. Key Highlights: 1. Individuals who value respect for people and the environment, collaboration, and daily innovation.** This position focuses specifically on supporting the **concession of the Serra Dourada Sports Complex**, playing a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of all activities related to this strategic project. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate implementation of the Integrity Program aligned with Group guidelines, tailored to the company’s needs and exposure to legal, financial, reputational, and image-related risks; ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, procedures, and contracts; * Maintain an ethical, independent, and professional stance in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, fostering an image of rigor, seriousness, and trustworthiness consistent with stakeholder engagement protocols and the sensitive nature of integrity-related matters; * Coordinate risk management and internal control activities (including internal environment analysis; objective setting; risk event identification; quantitative and qualitative risk assessment; risk responses; control activities; information and communication; and monitoring); * Develop and monitor risk indicators; advise company departments in developing action plans to mitigate risks to levels compatible with the company’s risk appetite; follow up on action plans and validate implemented actions; develop mechanisms for identifying, measuring, recording, and communicating operational losses; * Ensure governance over the development and maintenance of corporate policies, reviewing work methods and procedures to safeguard the Company’s interests regarding compliance with relevant legislation; * Promote a Compliance and Risk Management culture across the Company through periodic training programs and ensure development and implementation of a dedicated communication plan; * Assess and recommend preventive and corrective actions to ensure the Company’s operations comply with policies, standards, procedures, laws, regulations, and contracts; drive continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * MBA / Postgraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel; * English language proficiency; * Strong interpersonal skills; * **Essential: willingness and availability to travel.** **Additional Information** **Work Location:** **Goiânia / GO** **Essential: willingness and availability to travel** **Work Modality:** 100% On-site **Benefits:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Life Insurance Health Plan Private Pension Plan Auster (Emotional Support) Gympass Profit Sharing (PLR) **Construcap** is one of the ten largest construction companies in Brazil, operating in heavy construction, electromechanical assembly, and industrial and commercial markets.
