We are looking for a Fleet Analyst to join the Transportation team. Responsibilities: * Manage purchase request and expense/cost invoice (NF) processes for the National Fleet in Protheus. * Prepare spreadsheets to monitor expenses and costs incurred, including vehicle maintenance for the fleet. * Monitor truck mileage reports, identifying potential errors that may impact fleet maintenance allocations. * Analyze average fuel consumption reports, identifying possible inconsistencies. * Maintain tire control (lifespan and kilometers traveled). * Prepare PowerPoint presentations demonstrating expense recording controls and expense tracking. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in report preparation; * Experience in tire management (preferred); * Prior experience in this role.
