Job Summary: Coordinate and lead the sales team to drive commercial results, strengthen the company's market presence, and ensure excellence in customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize commercial processes and develop new lead generation sources. We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to lead our sales team and strengthen our company's position in the indemnity market. This person will be responsible for driving commercial results, developing the team, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate sales processes and ensure standardization of commercial approaches across units. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (conversion rates, targets, contract volume, etc.). * Implement strategic plans for customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth. * Lead and develop the sales team with a focus on performance, engagement, and results. * Participate in target setting and support strategic negotiations. * Evaluate and optimize commercial processes using systems such as CRM. * Develop new contact acquisition sources and partnerships. * Represent the company at events, commercial initiatives, and brand positioning activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in consultative sales, commercial management, and team leadership. * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, sales funnel management, and CRM. * Analytical ability to interpret performance indicators and prepare management reports. * Skills in strategic planning, goal setting, and process management. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the services sector or businesses with a consultative approach. * CRM experience. * Experience in the indemnity market.
