




1. Manage the team with a focus on service quality, monitoring and supervising customer interactions. 2. Manage the departmental team: hiring, scheduling, vacations, development plans, performance tracking, feedback, conflict resolution, etc. 3. Strategically manage the team by monitoring sales results, providing feedback to redirect performance and outcomes to ensure achievement of targets. 4. Manage the store’s visual merchandising in accordance with company-established standards. 5. Plan and execute the commercial action schedule to be implemented, developing strategies that enable achieving and boosting store results. 6. Plan and conduct training sessions and initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and motivation, refining the team’s ability to focus on results. 7. Carry out cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation procedures as defined by the company. 8. Manage product pricing for the store, ensuring price tags and promotions conform to the company’s standard format. 9. Perform bank deposits related to cash register operations, following company-defined procedures. 10. Prepare and submit the managerial expense report for accountability to the finance department. 11. Conduct strategic inventory adjustments for the store, monitoring product turnover, ABC analysis, goods receipt timelines, promotions, and other relevant factors. Experience in management.
