If you are someone who takes responsibility, works with goals and under pressure, and wishes to grow within the company, we want to meet you. **Requirements:** * Proven experience leading teams, with emphasis on people development and goal achievement; * Solid experience in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics; * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; * Strategic mindset, focused on results, organization, and decision-making; * Proactivity, empathy, and ability to work under pressure. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (with a 2-hour break), and Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute commercial strategies focused on sales targets and sustainable unit growth; * Conduct treatment plan negotiations with patients, presenting customized solutions aligned with their needs, with emphasis on conversion and retention; * Ensure excellence in customer service, delivering a humanized and welcoming experience; * Collaborate closely with the Commercial Assistant to ensure smooth daily commercial and operational processes; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and high team performance.
