




**What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspection, picking, and movement of goods. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered an advantage. * Prioritization skills are desirable. * Capacity for learning, practice, and consistent adherence to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, linear measurement, reference, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information regarding received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) on the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods in the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt document to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products lacking or having defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are available for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow typology—store goods versus warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage at the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (Receiving Note). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, ensuring efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and correct handling of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Maintains organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Performs safe pallet stacking to prevent damage to property and people. + Keeps the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage reports validated by Retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and placing shrinkage-identified goods in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, conducting qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickups. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickups. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Against Stock), identifies products, and notifies the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods, reserving space and maintaining rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Counter or for carrier pickup (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzing data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizing orders chronologically, and releasing them for billing. + Handles telephone inquiries, informing customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse location management (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes daily cancellations of RSS orders. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports any goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
